This is a coconut oil based salve with 6 plant essential oils. It isn't greasy, smells great on men and women, helps within minutes on any kind of sore muscle or tendon anywhere on the body and lasts 4-6 hours. Use an amount about the size of a dime, and rub it on. Use a bit more or less depending on you the person.
